• At some point, do expect that I will have important things to do or emergencies. Updates will be given and your patience will be appreciated.⟡ Minor Adjustments only once preview is sent.
• The preview is considered as the "not so" final design. Only minor changes given by client is needed.• What are these minor adjustments? example: Lighting changes, Text changes, a few additional details.⟡ No taking inspo/reference.
• This is prohibited unless: it says free 2 use/can be used as inspo/reference or have permission of the editor with proof that they allowed this. This is to prevent issues/conflicts.⟡ Pay 50% to reserve a slot. • Reservations are open when my shop is closed. To reserve your slot, send a dm and pay the first 50% of your payment.⟡ Always be specific of your requests.
• To avoid further additional charges or unwanted details, kindly be specific in the details you wanted and the quantity of edits you are availing.• If I inform you regarding additional charges since you were not specific with the number of edits, it is not my problem anymore.⟡ Leaving a Feedback is Required.
• After every transaction, GIVING FEEDBACK WITHIN 24 HOURS IS A MUST. No feedback = blacklisted.• FEEDBACK GUIDE

⟡ No Cancellation/Refunds.
• I will not entertain cancellations or refunds. Once you have filled out the form, you are expected to continue with the transaction. Otherwise you will be posted as bogus.⟡ Strictly Payment First.
• Why is this implemented? This is to avoid clients who will ghost/block you after a transaction.⟡ Ghosters and Timewasters are posted.
• Ghosters (Clients who will ask for my qr then ghost me) or Timewasters (Clients who will fill out the form, then will not pay) will blacklisted from my services.⟡ Finalize your form before sending it.
• You cannot make any changes once it has been sent to me. So kindly finalize it. This will now also apply to occurrences such as adding additional to your seller bundle. For example, you availed 6-8 inclusions and only chose 6 inclusions and once it's done, you want to add more. I will no longer allow it as it is time consuming, so think wisely before sending your form.• Also, I will only STRICTLY be following the details you provided on the form. Changing the details or details to be given that are not in the form once preview has been sent is strictly not allowed.⟡ Prepare the details before reserving.
• I AM NOT YOUR PERSONAL EDITOR FOR YOU TO MAKE ME WAIT DAYS FOR THE DETAILS NEEDED ON YOUR DESIRED EDITS. Before availing a bundle, or any type of edit, kindly fill the form and prepare the inspo/reference you wish for me to use immediately.• Failure to do so, if paid, will result to no refunds or cancellations. If not paid, will result to being blocked from future services and posted as timewaster. Do not expect for me to refund anything *if you wasted my time in waiting for your desired details.• FORM AND INSPO/REFERENCE OR FULL DETAILS SHOULD BE FILLED/SENT WITHIN 24 HOURS. This rule is implemented to avoid long waiting times, and stuck pendings and most of all, clients who think that I have the patience to wait for days just for the edit details itself.
